I've always had a passion for photography, but it wasn't until I had my own children that I realized the photos on my phone are so much more than just pictures. Those images are the keys that unlock the door to memories of years gone by. Years that came and went so quickly that I hardly realized they passed me by until they were already gone. Memories that are so significant I'd be devastated if I lost access to everything I've captured. It wasn't until the birth of my fourth baby that I began to realize that I wanted more than iPhone pictures to commemorate the childhood years of my kiddos.

I wanted to document our memories in a more beautiful, meaningful way. So my journey began, and boy, has it been a fun ride! I'm not gonna lie, those early days were rough. White balance who, f-stop what?! But with lots of practice, patience and prayer, it eventually started to come together and my vision began to mold into the art you see here.

When you hire me to shoot your session, from the time you book until the time we shoot, I'll be consumed with how I can make every little detail absolutely perfect. I want each and every client to walk away from their experience with images that they obsess over as much as I did when creating them.
I'm borderline obsessed with making every image perfect
I'm gonna be personal here for a minute. Although my kids inspired me to begin this journey, they don't love when I break out my camera bag. Don't get me wrong, they rarely utter any complaints, but their faces say all the words their mouths don't. But I promise they won't regret having all those memories to look back on when they're grown!
My kiddos only tolerate having their picture taken because they love me
If you aren't sure about driving a little out of the way to go somewhere with stunning views, trust me, you'll be glad you did! Our great state has many options within a reasonable driving range, and it's definitely worth the extra effort to hop in the car and drive to one of those locations.

Let me just say this, if the outfits and location are on point, your images will reflect what you see here. It's your session and you're free to choose whatever colors and styles you prefer. But please, please, please understand that your results may vary from what's in my portfolio if you choose to wear something other than what I recommend. I've invested SO much time in determining what produces the best end product and make suggestions accordingly.
